● An image number (this can be found at the bottom left corner on an enlarged image)
● Names of children and their classes
● Your chosen option from the pricelist below (standard or matted prints, quantity, sizes or digital files)
● Please make the payment (amount of your chosen option) to the account:

Payment should be made at the time of booking.
Please note prints must be ordered by the 16th November.
Digital files can be ordered by the 1st December.
