I first photographed lovely Lucy back in 2013 when she was just 2 weeks old! Her parents Nicola and Tim, chose to have the newborn lifestyle photo shoot at their home in Twickenham. Lucy was one of the first newborns that I got to photograph when I started my journey as a professional photographer.
During on location newborn photo shoots, I adore including unique details which are sentimental to the family. Having a telephone conversation with my clients prior to the photo session, has always been essential to me. It helps to receive certain details that will ensure that I provide the most personalised service possible.
Nicola is a music teacher, so we thought it was a nice idea to capture little Lucy on the piano, incorporating a violin into the same image, to reveal a sense of scale of the wonderful tiny baby on the props!
Although I provide coverage for photography West London, Middlesex and Surrey, the majority of my clients reside in Richmond and Twickenham.
It is an honour when past clients reach out to me regarding family photography. Nothing excites me more than to capture children during their fleeting moments through childhood. Nicola advised they wanted to do an outdoor photography session to celebrate Lucy’s 8th Birthday in my neighbourhood in Richmond.
This time we captured outdoor birthday portraiture for Lucy, who was joined by her delightful siblings, Ella (5) and James (2). It was great fun with this joyous trio!
